Natasha Marin and Marina Demina of "Double Sharp"

“Double Sharp” is an exciting piano duo, combining the talents of the Russian-born pianists Natasha Marin and Maria Demina. These gifted and beautiful performers, who both graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory, present an hour program consisting of technically challenging and diverse music by Russian Romantic and Twentieth Century composers.

Since its premiere  in June 2008 at the LACMA Bing theater in  Los Angeles, DoubleSharp won the Grand Prize at the regional piano duo competition and has been appearing nationwide in live concerts and on the radio. “Double Sharp” also made special appearances at charity events for Rober Shapiro’s Foundation and Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Foundation.
